1 pg, To Foundation president Tom Kendall from Robert Burton, a reader and attorney saying that he is sorry he missed Tom Kendall at Barney's Friday night. Robert requests that the Foundation furnish financial accounting from 1950 of annual receipts and disbursements. He states that the Foundation, claimed this status when soliciting donations in 1950 and, therefore, open financial reporting is mandatory. He asks that the Foundation supply the records in a friendly manner without him having to resort to making a request to the Attorney General of Illinois. |
